LETS TALK KETTLEBELLS

Hey all!

I wanted to start out this blog post by wishing you all a Happy & healthy New Year. If you are here then that means you are interested in finding out a bit more about Kettlebells or you are just simply another Kettlebell junkie. In this Blog Post I will be sharing with you some of the benefits of Kettlebell training and why I think you should get into it, if you haven't yet. 

The Kettlebell is that tool that bridges the gap between strength and cardio. This means if you are someone who's always short on time or simply doesn't like doing cardio because it is "boring", then you should be training with kettlebells.

Here is why I think Kettlebells are great. They're,

-Effective

-Versatile

-Space efficient

-Time efficient

-Functional

-Fun and unique.

You can do workouts where you hit every body part in one session. You can gain strength & mobility quickly. You will find yourself running out of breath quickly from all the ballistic movements. You will improve your conditioning by only using one or two kettlebells.

Anyone who hasn't genuinely given them a shot will argue the all around effectiveness and convenience of kettlebells. If you are someone who wants to be the strongest man or bodybuilder then this may not be the best tool for you. Truth is the vast majority of humans out there don't want that. 

People simply want to be in good shape, have good strength, build a little bit of muscle, enjoy their training sessions, and do them in a timely manner because everyone is so busy.
