This 8 week Kettlebell Program is a 3 day a week program broken up into 6 workouts scheduled out for 8 weeks.
This program requires access to a light band, wall ball or incline bench, and kettlebells.
My goal with this program is to help anyone move better and achieve a better physique in a safe manner by providing effective workouts.
Who is this program for?
This Kettlebell program is for anyone who can’t get a workout in every day and is eager hungry to make strength and mobility gains from the comfort of your home. I understand what it is like to not have enough time to go to the gym. That's the beauty about this program, all you'll need is a pair of kettlebells and some mental determination.
What will you learn from the program?
You will learn how to properly program your lifts like the kettlebell deadlift, clean, row, press, swings and many more functional movements to help you stay healthy and keep training efficiently.
