My goal with this program is to help anyone move better and achieve a better physique in a safe manner by providing effective workouts. 

Who is this program for?

This Kettlebell program is for anyone who has some kettlebell experience and is eager to make strength and mobility gains from the comfort of your home. I understand what it is like to not have enough time to go to the gym. That's the beauty about this program, all you'll need is a pair of kettlebells and some mental determination.

You will learn how to properly execute the swing and turkish get up plus you will learn my top cues and tips in every exercise video.
