KETTLEBELLS & BEERS JUNE’S RECAP

First event of the summer was an awesome experience. This was our 5th kettlebells and beers at Saltwater Brewery in Delray Beach. We couldn’t be more excited for how things are going! Super happy on getting to meet some new faces joining the South Florida kettlebell community. Everyone showed up to have fun and put in work during the workout class. For our summer events we decided to add the ice barrel post workout to cool off from the South Florida heat and get all the muscle recovery while enjoying a nice cold locale beer from Saltwater. There are so many benefits from cold plunging. We will be sharing about the benefits of cold plunging on a different blog post. Once again thanks again everyone who came out to swing bells!!  We can not wait for July’s event and see how people hold off in the ice barrel! It’s going to be a good one!
